Outsourced Talent Pool

Susie Winn
Susie started playing classical piano at seven, and was performing in recitals soon afterward. A love of music drew her to sing in community choruses, in addition to playing French horn in various orchestras and concert bands. She learned guitar as a teenager, and studied music as her minor in college.
Susie entered the rock scene as lead vocalist in an all-girl cover band in Burlington, Vermont. After moving to Portland, she joined a local band playing all original material, and performed at several venues in the area. Susie completes the Outsourced lineup with guitar and keyboards, in addition to lead and backing vocals.

Jeff Wilcott
Jeff started playing professionally at age 17, performing gigs with Freddy Fender three nights a week in Eastern Oregon. After moving to Portland, he took lessons and started auditioning, ultimately landing a gig with Dick Carson Westbound touring the West Coast and playing nightly shows.
He later joined Dillard and Anderson, featuring original music around Salem, as well as playing weekend gigs with White Horse, a country rock original and cover band. He then formed a new group, Touch, with Canadian guitar player and song writer Brady Carbol. They circulated through the Portland club scene playing original rock compositions. Jeff even created an Elvis show, pulling together both band and background singers for private shows.
Before joining Outsourced, Jeff spent the past four years working with the Gary Lowrey Band in Portland playing a variety of classic rock for private parties and club gigs.

Mike Alden
Mike got his start playing with Carl Richards performing before live audiences in New Jersey and New York. Before moving west, he was also a member of 2 For the Show, Double Trouble, and 7th Shadow, performing a full range of big stage events and small venues.
Mike spent a few years in Colorado, where he was a key contributor in successful rock and country bands such as The Black Rose Band and Witch Asylum. In addition to playing cover music, he’s also composed and performed original material. Recently, Mike has showcased his musical talents in the Oregon area with the Zeerocks band and Outsourced.

Steve Holmes
Steve is from southwest Washington and has been playing bass and drums for about four years. His experience includes a variety of local bands such as Well in Doubt, covering a wide variety of classic rock, blues, and funk in Vancouver, WA. Before that he was with a band called Brothers under Cover playing a selection of oldies and blues in Battle Ground.
Steve holds up the backbone of the Outsourced band with his stylish performance on bass and solid vocals.
